You have reached the
point in your Tae Kwon Do training where your goal of
Black Belt is in sight. Your continuous commitment to
excellence has helped make you a candidate for Black
Belt Testing 2010. The actual test will be held on May
29, 2010 Black Belt World Headquarters. This year there
will not be a Performance.
In Order To Qualify For Black Belt
Grading You Must
• Have a rank
of Poome or Higher by April 30, 2010
• Be recommended by
a Master Instructor.
• Confirm Your
Black Belt Grading With Master Chang / Sealy / Kang
Before October 10th.
• Attend The 6 Special Black Belt
Classes To Be Held On
1. Saturday April
17, 2010 from 1 – 3 PM (Orientation, Photo Day)
2. Saturday April 24,
2010 from 1 – 3 PM
3. Saturday May 1,
2010 from 1 – 3 PM
4. Saturday May 8,
2010 from 1 – 3 PM
5. Saturday
May 15, 2010 from 1 – 3 PM
6. Saturday May 22,
2010 from 1-3 PM
If you do not make 5
Saturday classes, 1 private class can be booked with one
of the Instructors as a make up.
• Be an Assistant
Instructor for Minimum 10 Classes.
• Prepare 3 students
for their colour belt testing by the end of April 2010.
Black Belt Testing Includes:
1. Black Belt World
Certificate. This will allow you to be identified and
recognized as a Black Belt World Wide.
2. International
Certificate From Kukkiwon. Kukkiwon is the World Tae
Kwon Do Federation Headquarters, located in Seoul,
Korea. Kukkiwon Certificate to be issued at 2011
Christmas Party!
3. WTF Black Belt
Identification Card. This ID card allows you to be
identified and recognized as an official Black Belt
throughout the world.
4. Embroidered Black
Belt Your name will appear in both Korean and English on
one side. Black Belt World on the other side. If you
have a preference on how you want your name to appear,
please inform Master Chang, Master Sealy or Master Kang.
5. Black Belt
Trophy. A symbol of your hard work and dedication that
you will cherish the rest of your life.
