You have reached the point in your Tae Kwon Do
training where your goal of
Black Belts
in sight. Your continuous commitment to excellence
has helped make you a candidate for Black Belt
Testing 2009. The actual test will be held on
Nov 14, 2009 at Black Belt World Headquarters.
This year there will not be a Performance.
You
must attend the first training day, October 10th,2009
as it is photo day.
In
Order To Qualify For Black Belt Grading You Must:

Have a rank of Poome or Higher by Oct 30,
2009.
·
Be
recommended by a Master Instructor.
·
Confirm Your Black Belt Grading With Master Chang /
Sealy / Kang Before October 10th.
·
Pay
a deposit of $300.00 by October 10th, 2009.
·
Pay
a second deposit of $200.00 and Submit a completed
WTF Application Form with 2 passport photographs by
October 24th, 2009
·
Pay
the balance of the test fee by November 7th, 2009
·
All
payments by credit card and Cheque will be charged
5% Fee.
·
Attend The 5 Special Black Belt Classes To Be Held
On
1.
Saturday Oct 10, 2009 from 1 – 4 PM (Orientation,
Photo Day)
2.
Saturday Oct 17, 2009 from 1 – 4 PM
3.
Saturday Oct 24, 2009 from 1 – 4 PM
4.
Saturday Oct 31, 2009 from 1 – 3 PM
5.
Saturday Nov 7, 2009 from 1 – 4 PM
If you do not make 5 Saturday classes, 1 private class can be booked with
one of
the
Instructors as a make up.

Be
an Assistant Instructor for Minimum 10 Classes.
·
Prepare 3 students for their colour belt testing by
the end of May 2009.

Black Belt Testing Fee Includes:
1.
Black Belt World Certificate.
This will allow you to be identified and recognized as a
Black Belt World Wide.
2.
International Certificate From Kukkiwon.
Kukkiwon is the World Tae Kwon Do Federation Headquarters,
located in Seoul, Korea. Kukkiwon Certificate to be
issued at 2010 Christmas Party!
3.
WTF
Black Belt Identification Card.
This ID card allows you to be identified and recognized as an
official Black Belt throughout the world.
4.
Embroidered Black Belt
Your name will appear in both Korean and English on one
side. Black Belt World on the other side. If you
have a preference on how you want your name to
appear, please inform Master Chang, Master Sealy or
Master Kang.
5.
Black Belt Trophy.
A symbol of your hard work and dedication that you will
cherish the rest of your life.
Please Note: This Is A Day You Will Remember The
Rest Of Your Life. It Is Mandatory That You Invite
Witnesses To Attend Your Testing.
