  Instructor Michael began his martial arts training at the age of six, with Karate.  Later, he trained in Wushu and Capoeira.  In the fall of 2002, he was referred to Master Tommy Chang’s Black Belt World, where he began training Tae Kwon Do / Hap Ki Do. After training five years, and having attained his 2nd degree black belt in W.T.F. Tae Kwon Do, he signed on as a full time instructor in the fall of 2007,
