Beginner – White to Orange
This program contains a unique curriculum focused on improving elementary to middle school aged children on self-respect, awareness and character development. This is one of the most important stages to develop positive habits and instill discipline and confidence that will be carried along with them throughout their entire lives. Students at this age and level will be learning a “Yes, I Can!” attitude and a respectful response of “Yes, Sir/Ma’am”. This class emphasizes Taekwondo philosophy, spirit, history, breathing techniques, focus training, stretching & conditioning, exposure to basic blocks & strikes (hand and feet), fighting techniques and traditional forms (poomsae) from Tiger #1 to Tae Geuk Ee Jhang.

Intermediate – Green to Blue
This program contains the continuation of what they have learned in their beginner stages of their journey to becoming a Black Belt. With more emphasis on respect for each other and following the tenets of Taekwondo (Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Indomitable Spirit, Self-Control & Modesty), the intermediate children’s program enables the students to understand how to be socially aware, develop positive friends, become leaders in the community and be confident wherever they go. This class emphasizes Taekwondo philosophy, spirit, history, breathing techniques, focus training, stretching & conditioning, knowledge of basic blocks & strikes (hand and feet), fighting techniques and traditional forms (poomsae) from Tiger #1 to Tae Geuk Oh Jhang.

Advanced – Brown to Black
This program contains the final stages in the student’s journey to becoming Black Belts. By this stage, the student has demonstrated proficient knowledge and capability in techniques and a significant change in their character. At this level, we focus on ensuring that they continue their practice of self-respect, self-control and discipline which will equip them with the necessary tools to develop better work/study habits, focus, respect for authority and knowing what is most important in their lives. It is a stage that is vital as they are no longer beginners but role models for others. This class emphasizes Taekwondo philosophy, spirit, history, breathing techniques, focus training, stretching & conditioning, ability to execute blocks & strikes (hand and feet), fighting techniques and traditional forms (poomsae) from Tiger #1 to Tae Geuk Pahl Jhang.
